On May 11, 2022, the company submitted an application to the Ministry of Commerce stating that JSR Corporation had transferred its elastomer business including nitrile butadiene rubber to ENEOS Corporation on April 1, 2022, and that the successor company of the business after the transfer would be named as the Company Yineng Materials.
