JSR Corporation has transferred its elastomer business, including nitrile butadiene rubber, to ENEOS Corporation

On May 11, 2022, the company submitted an application to the Ministry of Commerce stating that JSR Corporation had transferred its elastomer business including nitrile butadiene rubber to ENEOS Corporation on April 1, 2022, and that the successor company of the business after the transfer would be named as the Company Yineng Materials. The application also submitted the certificate of incorporation and articles of association of the company, the resolutions of the board of directors and the general meeting of shareholders, the share transfer contract and the production equipment list, capacity, raw material suppliers and customer list of the company's nitrile rubber business before and after the name change.
