UNICELL-MS are thermal expansion microspheres

It is composed of a polymer shell and a strong core, it begins to expand when the shell is softened, and the expansion rate can be about 5 times the original diameter at the temperature, it can be used for any mature plastic resin.

UNICELL-MS are spheroids containing volatile liquid sacs with particles ranging in size from 5 to 100UM. Density ranges from 1.05 to 1.20g/cc

When UNICELL-MS is cooked to the softening point of the shell, it begins to expand gradually. We call this point TS(initial temperature). With further heating, it expands to about 40 to 60 times its volume, and the shell becomes very thin, forming hollow microspheres with less than 1.5% liquid content. We call this point Tmax(maximum temperature), and it will contract if it continues to be heated above Tmax, or if it continues to do so for a long period of time.
