High temperature foaming agent by ultrafine treatment and surface modification, widely used in EVA, PE, PVC and other plastics and a variety of rubber foam. Used in EVA hot pressing large and small mold foam PE secondary foaming process.

The decomposition temperature of the high temperature foaming agent series is higher than 200℃, and the gas output is higher than 220ml/g(standard temperature, atmospheric pressure). The main components of the decomposition are N2 and CO2, accompanied by a small amount of CO and NH3.

Adding flux decomposition activator (foaming accelerator), decomposition temperature can be adjusted between 150℃~200℃. The commonly used activators are zinc, oxide and its salts, stearic acid and its salts.

The foaming agent has uniform particle size, stable foaming performance and excellent dispersion performance. It is especially suitable for the production of products under different production conditions.
