Application Characteristics

Blue bottom phase: the average particle size of R-248 is close to the theoretical optimal particle size of titanium dioxide, small particle size of titanium dioxide is more effective than large particle size to scatter blue light, so it has a bluer bottom phase and excellent whiteness.

Excellent dispersion: Special inorganic and organic surface treatments reduce the contact between titanium dioxide particles, resulting in R-248 showing excellent dispersion during application. So good wettability, easy to grind.

Low oil absorption: Low oil absorption of R-248, so that titanium dioxide in the process of plastic application to maintain good processing properties.

High weather resistance: R-248 adopts the wrong coating process to improve the weather resistance and heat resistance of titanium dioxide, so the chemical properties are very stable.

Good system compatibility: R-248 has a special organic surface treatment, which is ideal for non-polar and oily systems, so it shows good system compatibility in applications.
