Application

This series of foaming agent is white easy to flow solid powder, its decomposition residue is pure white, does not affect the color of the product. The foaming agent of this series is soluble in PP.TPR.PS, which can be distributed uniformly in the resin melt to form a homogeneous system during processing. At the same time, the product contains the foaming agent, the foaming product is fine and uniform, and the performance of each part of the product is consistent.

This series of foaming agent production raw materials using food grade additives, decomposition gas is N2CO2, will not corrode production and processing equipment, no adverse side effects to human body, for environmental protection products.

This series of foaming agent belongs to the endothermic foaming agent, there is no induction period, and the decomposition is gradually completed, no decomposition of sudden, so in the process of processing, the bubble hole in the melt uniform and stable growth, do not break and overflow surface and affect the surface of the product. Therefore, it can be endowed with the excellent characteristics of uniform bubble hole and smooth surface.

Packing, Storage and Transportation

This series of foaming agent odorless, non-toxic, good storage, self - extinguishing. Will not decompose at room temperature, but must be stored in a cool, dry place. Stay away from hot steam pipes and fire sources, avoid direct sunlight, and direct contact with acid and alkali is strictly prohibited. It is recommended that storage and mixing areas be well ventilated to avoid dust inhalation, deep skin contact and ingestion.
