RICC152DU thermal expansion foam microsphere is a thermoplastic hollow polymer microsphere composed of a thermoplastic polymer shell and a sealed liquid alkane gas. When heated, the gas pressure inside the shell increases and the thermoplastic shell softens, resulting in a significant increase in the volume of the expanded microspheres. When cooled, the shell of the expanded microspheres hardens again, resulting in a solid volume and excellent yellowing resistance. Mainly used in foam sole.
