Application

The decomposition temperature of high temperature foaming agent series is higher than 200℃, and the gas output is higher than 200ml/g (standard temperature, atmospheric pressure). The main components of gas produced by decomposition are N₂ and CO₂, accompanied by a small amount of CO and NH₂.

Adding proper amount of decomposition activator (foaming promoter), decomposition temperature can be adjusted between 150℃~200℃. The commonly used activators are zinc, oxide and its salt, stearic acid and its salt.

The foaming agent has uniform particle size, stable foaming performance and excellent dispersion performance. It is especially suitable for the production of products under different production conditions.

Packing, Storage and Transportation

At room temperature, this series of foaming agent has excellent storage stability, need to be stored in a cool, dry place. Stay away from hot steam pipe, fire source, avoid direct sunlight. Direct contact with acid and alkali is strictly prohibited

Touch. It is recommended that handling and mixing areas be well ventilated to avoid inhalation of dust, deep skin contact and ingestion.

This series of foaming agent uses 25KG each package, can be used according to the different needs of customers in cartons and paper buckets.
